Entry 37: To The Journey! // Cue The Star Trek Enterprise Opening Theme!
It's been a long road, gettin' from there to here. (Don't mind the fact that the kickstand is down in this shot) Whelp, finally made it to grandma's house, I finally crossed the finish line. It was a pretty scenic ride today which I appreciated, seeing that today was the last day of my journey. (little did I know, I would have to ride all the way to the top of that hill in the distance) I started my trip on a Wednesday and I finished on a Wednesday. It's been 7 weeks to the day, and to be fair, it could've been a lot shorter if I just hopped on a plane. Instead I decided to see a bit of the country that I live in and I haven't regretted a single mile. It could have also been a much longer trip, had I taken my time and avoided renting those cars and taken those trains. But I was burning thru my money much faster, I overpacked to the point where I was hauling too much weight, and I hadn't planned ...
